Thursday, June 8, 15 & 29: 2 p.m. The Sue Sue Sisters - Cynthia Haring, Margie Spinoza & Katia Valdeos - perform originals and songs spanning 90 years of doo wop, pop,rock, soul & swing from their new album "Walking in a Memory" at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. These performances are offered through the Moffitt Arts in Medicine program to support family members and patients who are facing medical challenges.

Thursday, June 22, 2017: 4-6 p.m. World Nation producers Katia Valdeos and Cynthia Haring will host a CD Release Party for their new album, "Walking in a Memory" at the Smiley Face Records studio for the Grammy community in Houston, Texas.  Members of the Houston Grammy community are invited to attend the event.  Smiley Face Records is located at 3507 Graustark Street, Houston, Texas 77006.

Sunday, June 25, 2017: 3 p.m. Cynthia Haring & World Nation host a Family concert for people of all ages at  United Church of Christ, 4244 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill, Florida.  The event is a CD Release Party and scholarship fundraiser for the Caryl Haring Memorial Scholarship fund.  The $15 ticket includes one CD.

Thursday, June 29, 2017: 6 p.m. We are hosting a performance fundraiser featuring Tad Andris & our World Nation singers at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 5340 High Street in New Port Richey, FL. We are supporting Tad's efforts to raise funds to attend the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in August! Please join us for this special performance featuring songs from our new album, "Walking in a Memory."

5:30 p.m. Cynthia Haring & World Nation perform at “Concert for Kids,” a charity event for All Children’s Hospital hosted by Dairy Queen for “Miracle Treat Day," 6405 Hwy. 54, New Port Richey, FL. The group will perform songs from their new album, "Walking in a Memory."  CDs will be available at a discounted show price with $5 donated for every CD sold. Thursday, September 29, 2016: 11 a.m.  "Songs for Grace's Closet," Cynthia and Margie perform at luncheon honoring volunteers at Grace Presbyterian Church in Spring Hill, FL. Grace's Closet is open to those in need who would like clothes for any purpose, from job interviews to daily attire.  Clothing and monetary donations welcomed. Contact church office: 352-683-2082.

Valdeos and Haring, voting members of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, attend this event for the first time.

Tuesday-Friday, July 7-10: Haring & Valdeos participate in the Apple iTunes U project in Orlando, as part of a team of teachers creating iBooks for core subject areas, which students and teachers (grades 6-12) will be able to use free of charge.

Monday, July 6: Cynthia Haring & Katia Valdeos are featured guests on NPR's Morning Edition with anchor Michael Lyon at KIOS radio, 91.5 FM in Omaha, Nebraska.

Thursday, June 11: As part of a fundraiser for Gulfside Hospice, Cynthia Haring & Tampa Bay World Nation perform their doo wop, pop and swing songs at noon at the Gulf View Square Mall in Port Richey, Florida.  The public is invited to attend.

Haring & Valdeos present doo wop, pop and swing songs at 2 p.m. at the Grand Haven Retirement Community in Eldridge, Iowa. This Music Tribute to the Greatest Generation is preceded by an American Legion program. The public is welcome. 

Sunday, May 24: Gathering of family and friends to honor Earl William Haring in Preston, Iowa with a 10 a.m. service at the Methodist Church followed by Committal of Ashes at the cemetery and noon lunch at Some Budde's Cafe in downtown Preston.

Tampa Bay World Nation singers dedicated their April 11 concert at Regency Residence to Earl William Haring, 87, their most senior group member who recently passed away. The boys wore bow ties in honor of Earl, who wore bow ties when he sang "I Don't Know Why (I Just Do)" with the group.
