We are sorry to share that our most senior member of World Nation, Earl William Haring (87), left this world on March 14, 2015. It was a special treat when Earl performed his song, "I Don't Know Why (I Just Do)," at World Nation shows in the Tampa Bay area. He recorded this song at the age of 83 at Morrisound Studios in Tampa, FL, as a surprise for his wife, Caryl, in celebration of 59 years of marriage. It is featured on our nostalgia album, "Cruisin' in My Wagon: A Journey through Doo Wop, Pop & Swing," and the song video can be viewed on YouTube. He will be greatly missed! Our 2 p.m. performance on Saturday, April 11, at Regency Residence, 6711 Embassy Blvd. in Port Richey is dedicated to Earl William Haring. A photo slide show of Earl's life will precede the show. The public is invited to attend this event. Dad, we love you ... now you are singing among the angels or, as your granddaughter Natalie said: "Tell grandpa that God has his trumpet ready and that he can sit first chair," just like he always did.
